Baron Construction delivered the Metro Nashville Police Department Aviation Hangar for the Metro Nashville Airport Authority at John C. Tune Airport, creating a specialized facility that supports critical public safety operations.

The project features approximately 10,000 square feet of fully sprinklered office space within a two-story masonry and structural steel building designed for administration, pilot operations, training, and mission planning. A modern exterior combines storefront glazing with metal panel systems to provide both durability and a cohesive aesthetic.

In addition, a 10,000 square foot pre-engineered metal hangar was constructed to accommodate and maintain the department’s helicopter fleet. Thoughtfully designed by Lambe and Associates, the facility optimizes aircraft movement, maintenance efficiency, and rapid deployment, demonstrating Baron Construction’s expertise in delivering complex aviation and municipal projects.
