Primrose School of Smyrna

Happy Thanksgiving! The seasons have changed, and we are embracing the cooler temps and beautiful fall foliage of Tennessee. As we head towards the holiday season, we reflect on our growth for 2024 and how grateful we are as a company to have such wonderful clients, design partners and subcontractors!

We are continuing to add new projects to our portfolio on our website. Please click the link above to see our updated portfolio of completed projects!

This project was a renovation and addition to an existing and active Primrose School in Spring Hill, TN. The project included a 4-classroom building addition, interior renovation of existing classrooms, and site additions of a new parking lot and playground. This project required working in an active childcare environment successfully and safely. The classrooms include new restrooms and casework with new life safety egress to exterior playgrounds.

A new 20,000 SF PEMB and two-story structural steel structure at John C. Tune Airport for the MNPD Helicopter Hangar. Project consists of PEMB storage of helicopters including fuel and maintenance along with training, locker rooms, and offices for MNPD. This project consists of extensive grading to bring to subgrade and new utilities brought to the property. This project is adjacent to an active runway and is unique in the marrying of two different structure types.

This project is a new 10,000sf childcare facility for Kiddie Academy, a national childcare brand. This project consists of multiple childcare classrooms for children under the age of 5, including restrooms, casework and a warming kitchen. Also, this project includes a bioretention pond and utility work to furnish the

new wood structure, a new parking lot and playgrounds.

We recently welcomed our new administrative assistant, Melanie Giaconia, to the Baron Construction team! Melanie worked for Avison Young in property management for 15 years. We are so thankful for her and her expertise,

so help us welcome her to Baron!
