A new 80,000sf public works building and external vehicle storage buildings, salt dome and material storage bins for the City of La Vergne. This project includes an office area and workshop facilities. It was a complex and challenging project involving Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, structural steel, concrete, masonry, and brick & stone veneer. The site scope included sidewalks, curbs, asphalt, landscaping and utilities. Multiple trades and scopes were successfully managed by our expert Baron team throughout the project. The tie in between the PEMB and the conventional steel portion of the main building had to be closely coordinated to make sure it tied in correctly, and involved collaboration between Baron, and Lambe + Associates, along with the City of La Vergne. We look forward to the forthcoming
opening celebration with the project team!
