The Bridge Building
The Bridge Building had an uncompleted LEED shell in place when we started construction. The existing age of the facility posed unforeseen conditions that needed to be overcome in order to finish construction and obtain the LEED certification desired. There was also a tight schedule in order to complete construction due to the client’s event schedule.
Baron Construction developed a detailed plan for delivery schedules and project timeline that met both the start and finish date. This was accomplished through weekly meetings to review the schedule and design progress. As new issues emerged with the existing structure, Baron Construction brought in a structural engineer to review and remedy structure concerns resulting in new ductwork, wiring, and plumbing that improved the overall function of the building.
