Roy Waldron Elementary School
Working on an existing school campus presents challenges in construction, logistics, scheduling, and most importantly, student and faculty safety. Building this auditorium while school was in operation during the entire project required a high degree of coordination, planning, and communication with the staff of the school. School traffic for drop off and pick up had to be accounted for with material delivery and construction site.
Baron Construction was able to effectively plan the logistics and scheduling of this project with the staff and stakeholders of Roy Waldron Elementary. Overtime hours during the summer break were added to maximize the construction period when school was not in session, and we were able to deliver the construction on-time and on-budget with a high degree of quality.
